Direct-to-you shipping
To ensure quality control and faster turnaround times, we ship directly from our production facility to you. This removes unnecessary handling, warehousing delays, and third-party mark-ups — allowing us to deliver your order more efficiently.

We proudly ship to all international markets. Wherever you’re based, your order is dispatched directly from our facility and handed over to trusted global courier partners.

Delivery timeframes
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and tracking details are sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns policy
We want you to feel confident with every Nîmes Project purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Change of mind returns
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final sale items
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted are not eligible for return or exchange unless required under applicable consumer law.

International returns
As we ship directly from our production facility, international returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request is approved. Unapproved returns or returns sent to an incorrect address may not be received or refunded.

Refund processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
